NO thats really bad news mate. How you going to finish the HT with only one arm

Ah, I see... this is a tactical way of telling us you wont riding on BBH again until the weather gets better... pretend to break my arm, disappear for 3 months, then turn up when the weather gets dryer.... nice thinking but you've been fooled slacker, expect to see you on Wednesday

WTF, thats awful

Where abouts is it broken? Near the previous split? Do you have lots of calcium etc? You don't have Coeliac's dieseae do you as my Dad has that but it went undetected for many years which led to him getting osteoporosis. Or its just one of those things and really bad luck

Thats a bag of poo. Strange it should break in same place.

Mrs redwinnie (the physio) tells me bones should be even stronger in places where a break has a happened because of the way they repair themselves. Bet that has cheered you up?

Yer thats what I was going to say, I suspect its broken in a different place though, just the same arm. Hopefully it will only mean 6 weeks off. I know thats a long time but less than Blackers previous accident cost him

cheers chaps.
its broken in exactly the same place. the plate is perfectly bent but as the screws are still intact its all held together. it was such a feeble slow speed fall. a length of bramble wrapped around my arm and pulled the front end down.
im now home in plaster but i need an op to replate it. and the morphine has worn off.
breezer - ill look into coeliacs. i have a nasty wheat allergy and my bro in law has suggested it might be coeliacs. you could be on to something.
Laggin - i wish. ive enjoyed bbh so much. im going to miss it
