See attached GPX.  I think it should just be the bits i rode but the original file had the route i tried to follow as well so might be a bit confused.  I'm new to all this anyway...  The last section (Charing to Challock) is all road due to running out of time.  We took a few detours (unplanned) so if you follow this PLEASE make sure you go through it carefully and re-map any lost looking bits

I plan to ride the NDW from Canterbury to Kings Wood tomorrow and log it so i'll post that up too - that should give you most of the NDW from Shoreham to Canterbury

Be warned, the Shoreham to Medway section is quite a ride on its own (40 miles, lots of climbing).  Follow at your own risk
