As we can't make this evenings ride Winnie and I have decided to plan a ride for Sunday afternoon. We both want to have a look round Capstone so will combine this with a BBH ride.

Starting from the LC at 2pm. Anyone (with decent local knowledge) care to join us?

One point. Is the Leisure centre the best place to park at weekends?

Do you have a Sodium deficiency problem? Then join the Sweat Lickers Anonymous Group (SLAG).

Tempted but I think my bike may still be in bits... Weekend before SITS isnt the best time to realise its in dire need of some money spent & TLC

Edit:  I'm definitely out.. Now I've finally got around to looking at my bike I have so many worn & broken bits even Steve would be embrassed.

Going out tonight but this seems a good way to wipe of the cobwebs, will try and convince SpikeyJack(Lee) to join in also. He's coming out tonight too

Did I fall down again?

Thought it was 2pm?

I should be OK for this, but will need to start gently to warm the hamstring up - not worth risking anything this close to SITS.
