Had last months MBR & they had a 40k ride detailed round dartmoor starting at North Bovey.  Pulled out their tear out map & set off.  To cut a long story short it was pretty much impossible to find/follow the route.  I can read a map but the instructions etc were pants.  

I had been looking fwd to a day in the sun trying to sweat out this cold but ended up being pretty frustrating.  I do think there are loads of cracking routes there though but would (like anywhere) need a fair bit of riding & local knowledge to put a good ride together.  Also dont know why they dont release a GPS of the route, that would work better.
