Which Netbook?

Geeks...... Assemble!

Im now finally throwing in the towel and looking for a Netbook - I was "that"close to purchasing Dereks a while back, but thought Id wait and persevere for a while...

However, that time has come. I need a netbook, running Windows, that will cope with normal internet browing and office tasks.

My budget is around £180-£250.

Canon Camera Help....

Guys - Got my bosses Canon Digital Rebel Xt EOS 350D camera here, he's on holiday......

Ive found a USB cable to connect to it, but need the right software/drivers to download images from the camera - we do not have a card reader here.

WinXP is failing to identify the camera to auto install any drivers.

Any Canon owners know what software I need to communicate with this camera is?

On top of this, there is very little battery on the camera....... so need to almost get this right first time.... a little like the Apollo 13 Mission.....

any help welcome as to what I need to download to access photos directly via USB.

As mentioned the other day, go this phone through work.

Aside from a few email issues, its pretty good.

Right then, time to customise and upgrade this bad boy.

Anyone recommend any apps or features I need to get?

CoPilot satnav demo is on it - anyone know of any "free" ones?

Ive tried getting OSM on it, but apparently my .NET framework needs updating - but cant get my head around that.

I notice it never closes a program, did someone mention an app which closes all open stuff?

No-doubt Impished is the man for this advice as he has one too............

i run a iPhone 3G with this os4 and it's nothing short of steam powered.

htc desire seems the weapon of choice for you geeks.

why should I buy one? does it have satnav? can I connect to ms exhange? what's the battery life like? what's using sketchy like on it? does it support flash?

what's the apps of choice I must have?

any other phones I should look at?
