Dont know if anyones been thinking about what camping gear they will need yet, but Tesco Direct are doing some well cheap gear....

Chairs:  2 for £11.96
http://direct.tesco.com/q/R.901-1438.aspx

Table: £15.59
http://direct.tesco.com/q/R.200-8971.aspx

Micro Table : £9.49
http://direct.tesco.com/q/R.205-4808.aspx

Considering a lot of time will be back at base, it'll be good to have some good equipment.

Are you rich? Doubt that's as comfortable as a £20 air bed.

Absolutely, 100% recommend one of those if your budget will stretch to it.  I used to have a similar fishing bedchair which was almost as comfy as my bed at home.  Shame i sold it really!  So much more confy than an air bed.  Some of them run into several hundreds of pounds though  :o

My mate has one of those he used at Afan a few weeks ago, looks very comfy indeed.

Ive got 2 proper camping beds, really solid, unsure if they are military spec though, but brilliant none-the-less.

Spoiled mine though already is was new at afan, mustve slept with my mouth open as a nice tidemark of dribble now lies at one end  Tongue

Just secured this with some underhand backdoor ebay cunningness>>>

If there is one thing I can do well, is sniff out an Ebay bargain and get it.....  Wink

Team Handlebar Must-Dash will be the comfyiest, most equipped team there...... as  we learned at the 6hr, good clean/organised pits helps 100%.

And failing that, great for beer storage...

£15 - bargain.

we'll have more camping kit than biking kit - but then again, we'll be there more than we are biking, so its money well spent.
