Ok so I've been reading about the whole RFID thing and I'm wondering...

These tags are a good idea, but before I send off for some I can't help but wonder if these tags do contain some sort of tracking device. Surely, under current law it would be an infringement of privacy in some context?

So in other words. What's the likelyhood of them being dodgy? Undecided
My riding is more up and down than the damn area I live in! And the tart's knickers who lives next door - Combined!  :o

they wont be able to track you, was messing around with my bike and a rfid reader today (got one at school surpsingly !) and you can only detect the tag when right up close to the tube its in dont know if you've ever had a pet microchiped but its practically the same thing apparently!

RFID tags you cant be tracked with as such anyway, if they have a massive RFID reader set up and you pass through it with a strong RFID tag device then they will know you passed this certain point but cannot track you like GPS, that last part was irrelevant though as its a very weak signal and the tag is only detected when you a reader directly over it
