WTD - Hardcore Hardtail (Frame or Whole Bike)
#1
Yo...

Decided I'd quite like to pick up or build up a bit of a hardtail that I don't have to worry about so much...

Thinking along the lines of a Cotic Bfe etc...? I've seen used whole bikes go for 600-800 which would be decent. Happy to take frame only especially if it has a decent headset in it!

Keep your ears and eyes open for me! Big Grin

PS. Medium / Large size

You know I'm a big fan of a Cotic hard tail Big Grin
One thing to look out for with second hand is size of seat tubes, most companies have only just started puting 30.9 or 31.6 seat tubes on the hardtail bikes in the last couple of years, so if you want to run a desent dropper beware. Bfe has a 31.6 and has had for a the last few years. Big reason I went for it over others.

Cheers dude. It's on my radar as that's a must.

I've read all the history for the cotic frames. The latest Soul would work for me too... Or somebody through a raw stanton switchback my way if you can.... Mmmmm

I saw THIS earlier on STW. I'm guessing its a bit marmite but offers lots of options for not a lot of outlay.
