You and me both in a pile then MrBoy, my S-works tyres are worse than riding on ice. Had a few 'interesting' loose cornering moments in Cheddar.

Thanks Steve, it's a fair cop... more typing than spelling though Undecided

treaclesponce: stick to mud and chalk, I've always considered riding on cheese both dangerous and wasteful... cheese is for topping pizza and pasta to fuel a muddy monkey for cycling shennanigans Big Grin

It is however a lot less painful if you come off.... Clearly cheddar is a halfway house between something soft yet slow like edam and something hard, fast and bumpy like stilton...

I would say Mozerella may class as unrideable. According to wikipedia Edam classes as "Semi-hard" and Cheddar as "Hard"
