Now he enjoys scrambled eggs on a regular basis!

As a side note if anyone wants to have their cholesterol tested you can do this at Sainsburys (ideally Sevenoaks by MrsSponge) for £9. This includes glucose, blood pressure and BMI along with any advice to improve these if required. As Mike has proved, being fit/young/healthy can have no bearing so its worth being checked out. I have had mine done a few times (as a practice patient  ??) )

Thanks for the Saindsbury's info, will get mine checked tomorrow. I'm a bit far away to come and say hello to Chloe unfortunately though.

OK. Didn't think of that. I was picturing your missus at the end the end of the toothpaste aisle advising people with a syringe.
Andy. Bonus! That cv must be a work of art by now.

None local enough for me though, apparently even Ashford is too far even though i can get there in 25 mins :Smile And i don't think how my CV looks is the issue Mark, more it's lack of content in the way of relevant qualifications.

Eggs being bad is a bit of an old wives tale, yes. This stems from the fact that dietary intake of cholesterol has little affect on blood levels.  The saturated fat bit that Avril mentioned is true as well.  Cholesterol is carried through the body in fat droplets, and the composition of those droplets is important. When you get your cholesterol levels measured, you'll get your High Density Lipoprotein (HDL) and Low DL (LDL) readings. HDL is "good" and LDL "bad" cholesterol. A lipoprotein is a complex of protein, fat, and cholesterol. Dietary fat impacts the composition of these.
