Watch the first video then the second

If the driver in the second video hadnt got on the brakes they would have hit! Straight back on the throttle afterwards, thats committment. How on earth did they not have a tyre wall after the gravel trap! Driver sliding off must have been bricking it as he slid for so long, whens the impact coming!!?

The bloke in the second car wasn't very commited. He braked quite a lot.  :o

At least I assume thats what the red and blue bars are.

he was braking as he saw the car coming! Notice how he turned left slightly as well, if he hadnt done both of them it would have hurt big time!

Until you've been flat out in a race with cars not far behind and had to decide brake or bot to brake, left, right... etc... you are in no position to judge that!! I've been there a few times and believe me, it lasts a looooooong time and you never forget it.
