Where to test new bike?
#1
I've built myself an old "Wales bike," something to smooth out the rocky bits that are uncomfortable on my HT.

Is there anywhere local-ish that I can test it? something that will give the suspension a small work out?

I don't want it's first ride to be 300 miles away only to discover that somethings not right.

Cheers,

Long flights of deep steps are useful for that sort of thing, sorting the rebound damping etc

Thought you wanted to test your suspension....  Warren?  Jumps??   has the world gone mad.....

Set it up on steps etc and then go and ride trails....

Am I the only one to notice that jump bikes are HT's....

I dunno, I'm new at all this.......... :B

Ok, I'll set it up on steps and then ride trails. Anyone know any trails that will test it though, I thought all the local stuff was HT territory?

Sailor, I don't think I'll be able to do friday night, I'd like to have a look at the Warren though, sounds good practice fun on the HT if nothing else.
I may be able to get out early Sunday, but that will probably be first light if I can get out (family commitments etc)

Cheers
