Cleaning grips ?

Just fitted my Peaty grips on to that bars and they are quite mucky from the previous owner (Freebie off BR!), Any special technique to clean them ?

bicarbonate of soda rubbed in with a little water works a treat.

Alcohol, brake cleaner does a good job.

Just sprayed them with disc brake cleaner ... Enclosed space +disc brake cleaner  :o Who needs drugs when you've got disc brake cleaner Big Grin

Grips are pretty white now ;D

Yes I used disc brake cleaner in my lounge before.......learn the hard way etc
