Flat pedals
#1
couple of thoughts on these

Gusset Slim Jims - good value/great value with low profile depth - grippy shoes required

DMR V8/12s - can catch a lot of rocks and stuff with these on my bikes with low BBs as pedal strikes can be an issue - very grippy pins but can take chunks out of calves. V12s pretty dear

Kona Wah wahs - big surface and good for steep stuff - pretty low profile/depth

what are people running?

Me and Buzz run these, very low profile and a large platform and mega grippy. Other companies ie nuke proof sell the same pedal for a lot more money!

Wellgo V12 "copies"

Wellgo make DMR's as everyone knows, and are exactly the same only half the price. Got them from CRC for £19.99 in white.

Bikehut flats that I paid £3.00 for new, about what they are worth.

Yup these are very good, just the same as kona wah wahs, had dmr V8s and cant beleive how bad they were compared.

Yer i used my V8's week before last for the first time in months and omg! I felt so removed from the bike like I was miles off the pedal axle plus having size 12 feet also reminded me why i went for bigger ones!

I use Blanks - sealed bearings, grippy, very very good value in my opinion -  a steal at the price below.
