Excellent stuff Ian. Keep it up.
Which Gyn do you use?

One stone in 3 weeks!! Amazing. Good on the swimming as well. I just cannot do it other than 2 lengths at a time. I only have one speed and thats 100%, any attempt to swim slower results in total failure but then swimming at 100% results in near death experience after a couple of minutes!
I have lost a couple of lb's these last couple of weeks. Oddly the only thing different is less riding and less chips etc at home and less snacks at work, been having more curries with brown rice etc but its probably more that my tiny muscles have now gone completely :'(

I think living close to your gym is vital. Makes it much easier to go regularly and it impacts less on other things.

Dont forget to ride your bikes though.....

Great work Ian - theres a smattering of Singletrack towards it too if you go "route 1" to it! ![]() http://www.openstreetmap.org/?lat=51.28 ... rs=B000FTF

Well done Ian. Well impressed with the pool work :o I havent been swimming for about a year or so and the best i could do was about 10 lengths, and like Breezer i am rubbish at pacing myself (on the bike too) so completely blow out in no time :
