Lockout (motion control) makes no difference and have plenty of travel (obviously I guess), thankfully no noticeable looseness front/back/sideways.

Sounds like crush washer to me, unscrew bolt, refill oil then put new washer and screw bolt in. Google rockshock crush washer. Im no expert so perhaps someone else can confirm

Possibly stupid query, but does this kit cover the seals needed? It has both crush washers.

Figure I'll also need wiper seals, which should be these;

If these are wrong or dodgy, any suggestions/links to the right stuff?

To sort out an internal leak in my Revs i phoned TF tuned and they told me which kits to buy.  They were more expensive than the ebay kits you linked but at least i knew i was getting the right thing.  They were very friendly too!

Erm... What was the problem you had with them before? I can't seem to get full travel even when I did a couple of big'ish jumps at Oldbury on Sun.

Cheers Steve, have ordered the seal set.
Quite sure my wipers are ok so will order a new set of foams, both oils & some fork butter, and give my poorly forks a service Smile

No problems, just 2 years old so i serviced them !

Try running a slightly lower pressure in the positive,  Obviously its near on impossible to get full travel from most air forks due to the compression ramp up (i think  Undecided)

I get full travel out of my Devilles...only time ive managed it with Fox/Rock Shox was during a crash when I bottomed out my Pikes...If Andy cant bottom out his Revs when doing a normal nose dive landing then they must have too much air in  Wink
