Shaft clamp
#1
Anyone know where i can get one of these from?  Its described as a "shaft clamp" on the fox service website.  Google / screwfix / toolstation have come up with nothing.  Does it have a different name?  Its the bit of metal with round holes in that ists in a vice that i am after

Cheers

You star!  The shaft is about 8mm.  Where do you get them from btw?  Are they expensive?

Drill the right size hole through a piece of wood then cut it half.

Ahead of your next question:  If you discover that the wood won't hold your shaft tight enough, don't be tempted to just wind the vice up more.  Line your hole with a piece of old innertube - grip a plenty Wink
