Anyone ride the NDW at Lenham Heath?
#1
I nipped up there after work yeterday and it looks like there's some potential.
Anyone ride it regularly and know of any good routes?
I work in Lenham heath so it might be nice to be able to get up there for the odd lunch break  ;D

cheers,

I have ridden around there, I used to live in Westwell and rode along the NDW from there as it ran through the village. Its pretty much an out and back sort of thing though and not particularly exciting.

For a lunch break type ride I would join the trail and head east, when you get to westwell take the 'trackway' just before 'Dunn Street', this will take you NW to Squids Gate Farm, you can then take a left which will give you a bit of a downhill run back to the NDW. There is a bit of road involved but the best of the riding is around the glider club. Check on an OS map and you will see where I mean.

Heading west it gets pretty hilly, which involves some pushing so I wouldnt go that way for a shortish ride.
