Fluid on my knee

Might be a sign that something hasn't healed properly. After supposedly spraining my knee I went back to the Drs about a month later since the knee was still a bit swollen and irritating after a lot of movement but not too bad day to day. Turned out I'd dislocated the kneecap but nearly reseated it at the same time then been aggravating the whole knee since as nothing was in the right place.
