2nd time out today on the spds and my legs fecking ache, its actually shocked me at the different muscles you use with spds, my legs wouldnt normally ache after the distance we did today.

Year with flats you only push down with any force, I always pull up as hard as I push down so the muscles on the inside of my knees (forgot what they are called) are pretty big. Are you gonna stick with SPD's for a while? They definitely make you faster I think.
