DANG IT!!! Finally a group of Sketchy-ites goes to Bedgebury and I'm in Wales on an MTB Leadership course!!!

Take a change of clothes! I've been 4 times in the last 7 days and conditions are .... sloshy!! The top of Wandas Trail is like rolling through cold Chicken Korma

Yeah sounds good skid! I'll Be there! I'm not the fittest so a playful ride would suit me perfect! I'll be in a black e class with my new bike hanging off the back of it!

Glad some of you made it along, cold chicken korma is a great (if not pleasant) description of Bedgers in winter!
I had car troubles (I really should get a job nearer home & not rely on frikkin cars!!) so whole weekend was a washout really.

Glad Hassall met up and hope the first post-op ride was drama free for Ash too.

Nice meeting you Hassel, hope to meet on rides in future. Second lap was good but showed how we've got unfit through the winter, although Ash was storming it, turns out he's been spinning it out on a turbo trainer.
Bedgebury is running well at the moment all the loose surface put down in the summer has bedded down now, even the muddy bits are just slight surface mud that you don't sink in much. Ok a couple of fire road bit are a bit more mucky but there's more trails there now that skip the old worst bits. Worth a spin around if you've not been there lately.
