Some useful tips and advice can be found here

I especially like the bit about fixing a chain in the Trailside Repairs pdf.(check it out SteveT Tongue)
Also, check out the Wyhte PRST on the front page...  Mmmmm, retro 8)

That is a PRST 4... a superb bike which i just so happen to have a brand new never been touched frameset in the lock up which is for sale....   just thought i'd mention it...

Its a free mapping site that lets you plot routes, upload/download to GPS and also print out OS maps.

Really useful site utrack to plot speed/distance, etc graphs from gpx files.
Lets you save the results as a pdf.
