Hydro packs?
#1
any good hyrdo packs out there right now? im looking to get a bigger one for longer rides as a 1.5L one just doesnt cut it in places like BBH(allthumbs)

so hydropacks around 3 L then?, with storage for cereal bars and multitool, would be ncie to be able to shove a jacket in/on the pack

Have a look on chainreaction cycles and merlin etc - i've only tried the camelbak Octane.  Very good but the rucksack is too big for everyday rides.  More suited to commuting and all dayers

For BBH you can get away with a 2 litre easy.
For rides like Surrey Hills a 3l is a must, so if you dont mind the extra weight and would put the storage to good use, a 3l one is the obvious choice.
My riding is more up and down than the damn area I live in! And the tart's knickers who lives next door - Combined!  :o

its shocking really, my camelback hydropak is meant to carry 1.5L

with the pocket empty i can fit in just over 1.25L and with a few cereal bars well i struggle to even fit 1L in it ??)

will have another look at the ones you PM'ed me on the other forum a while back Jon
