3 Minute Gaps

New Life cycles?

Fairclough really can send it! Surely he will win a round this year if he just trains a bit harder etc

edit: wtf, Lehikoinen seems to change his accent every 4 words, i would slap him if I ever heard him talking irl!

reckon Find is the best of the recent films. This one looks like just another music video. Wish someone would do a documentary of a race season with Barel, and by that I mean actually have him talking about stuff, would learn loads from it. Maybe im just getting older but this constant stream of people riding bikes to crap noisy music gets on my nerves, I wanna learn stuff!! Right, when's Antiques roadshow back on............and where are my bloody slippers!!

Me too and I'm 10 years younger than you are so I don't think this is a getting older thing.

Yes I dislike a lot of the music in them. A video of Barels season would be short though as no doubt injured. Small clip of him on dirt site from that island enduro thingy, nice and smooth

I can't stand most of the bike films out there. Pretty much all of them soundtracked by some god awful rock/punk shit that has no resemblance to what it feels like being on the trail. It's generic and boring. It's worse that they just cuts out all the mechanical noises too, squealing tyres, rubbing brakes, landings etc etc.

Danny Macaskills videos always have well suited music that makes them easy to watch (his being amazing helps but if it was crappy punk id still turn it off).

I'd definitely watch a season documentary if anyone makes one.

Have you seen Life Cycles? It's not like any other MTB film, the cinematography is outstanding and the music well suited and excellent, and it really gets me in the mood to go riding when I am lacking motivation

there has already been a couple of season documentaries,Tipping Point being the last which I didnt enjoy that much. The best and most documentary like was F1rst . Its also got footage of the best DH run ever, Hills 3rd place at Champery in 2007. Enjoy! Not on the film it could be argued this is the best DH run ever, again Sam Hill and again he didnt actually win!
