Recently bought something from these guys - http://www.tweekscycles.com/ and wanted to share the brilliant service Ive had. Nothing is too much trouble for them and they are bending over backwards to be helpful. Speedy responses to emails and just all round good customer relations. They also have an ebay shop 'tweekscycles'

I have to mention Cycles UK in maidstone for great service. They once bled my brakes without asking free of charge. They also rebuilt a wheel for me same day without booking it in. Did a damn good job too. Guys in there are pretty friendly and seem to know their stuff. Prices are maybe not as good as the interwebs but fantastic service every time I go in there.

Thought so. They've got some stock of decent jerseys so will be placing an order on Thursday!

My bike in there at the momment having major surgery. Dropped in there unplanned and they looked at it straight away.

Shock has gone in for a service, new outer ring on front, new rear cassette, rear mech and new rear trigger.

Big bill so new wheels that I was thinking about has gone out the window.

Dean and Russel are always helpful and I would recommend their services. I drop in there quite often with minor niggles and they normally sort them whilst I am there. Really good to have them local.

Let's not give Dean to much praise as he recently joined sketchy and may get a big head Wink

Used Merlin cycles for the first time last night to order an sram pg990 cassette and chain. Just had a call to say that there was a mistake with their stock levels and they don't have the 36-11 in red. They let me take the more expensive xt cassette and chain for the same price and they're already cheaper than crc. Another great customer service example. They're paying for their mistake, not me.
