Similar fun still to be had, including sticking grenades to peoples faces and watch them run around in vain until they explode. New assassination moves are also good, involving large knives inserted into chest cavities. Simple pleasures.

Still rather be out on the bike though. In fact at the moment I'd be happy being able to walk without looking like a disabled monkey.

Sciatica. But really really bad. Couldn't stand up properly, couldn't even sit down. Had to lie on side with legs bent. My lower fourth and fifth disc are to blame. Have seen the chiropractor four days in a row and things are improving.

Have you not done something to aggravate it?

Sorry to hear that. I have suffered it for years but not to the level you are describing. I'd rather be seeing an osteopath than a chiropractor based on research but that's just my opinion.

Can you claim overtime for the xbox given your day job? Wink

Cheers mate. I remember seeing your MRI results and it not making for good viewing. I get mine tomorrow. I've tried both osteopathy and chiropractor's in the past as well acupuncture but this one was so well recommended i had to give him a go and so far so good. He's made a rapid improvement and has told me what the MRI will show so we'll see how accurate he is.

Last line made me laugh, I'll put the claim in as specialist ops.

Oh, and nice pic by the way.
