Those Who Know Bluebell Hill/Chatham/Gillingham
#1
I will be leaving in about an hour to go to Gillingham from Snodland.

I don't now the areas over that way very well and fancy riding over on the road bike.

Anybody give me any ideas of a way to get there on a 'road bike' (sensible answers only please) and avoiding the major roads like Bluebell Hilll?

I was thinking of going from Snodland, through the British Legion Village at Aylesford and then working my way up accross Blue Bell Hill but i'm lost from Aylesford!!!

I need to get to Hoath Lane in Gillingham......

easiest route would be Aylesford towards the Malta Inn under the A229 at bottom BBH along to the Bull at penenden heath turn left up Boxley Hill then down through Bredhurst which brings you out at the top of Hoath way  Wink
