Seniors race stars at 11:20. £10 on the line entry. Should be good weather and be nice to get a few down there (perhaps those of you getting ready for SITS!!!)

Training? I did a 1.5hr road ride last week then about 20 mins riding at Porc yesterday and the rest of the day walking with the bike and complaining about the heat/being tired.

I didn't do laps yesterday. I was at the girlfriends stuffing my face with BBQ and beer- proper training that.
