Wiggle returns
Apologies if this is the wrong place to put this, I wasn't sure!

Anyone clued up on the wiggle returns procedure? All I'm interested in is how I claim my carriage money back - they state on the website that they will refund (they sent me a couple of incorrect items), but don't tell you how the process works. Anyone know?

The price is normally printed on the sticker on your returning parcel, so I would assume they take from that, but otherwise I think they roughly guess it. I've returned things various times and always been refunded generously on postage.
