Either your scales or mine are broken as we are the same height yet you are mega skinny whereas I am fat with bloated pregnant gut and according to my scales, only 5lbs heavier than you! I wear XXL Enduro baggies... I need to lose about 2 stones I reckon but too busy drinking beer and eating pizza :Smile

Am planning on entering those Breezer but aiming at the Spring Series weight wise as in no rush and I'm not overweight for my height.

Andy: When you lose enough weight to be 12 stone your current clothes will become loose. Tongue

Is it true that your supposed to weigh yourself in the morning? I've weighed myself tonight and same time last night and today was 13 st 7, yesterday was 13 st 8. Both virtually the same.

Today at work i've signed up for the free part of www.dailyburn.com in which you can enter all you've eaten and the exercise you've done, you weight and height etc and it tracks how many calories, fat, protien and carbs you take in and how many you take out each day. A bloke at works been on it and has lost 2 stone pretty quickly. They have an iphone app to so the trendy people can update it on the go.

It doesn't matter when you weigh yourself, as long as you always do it at the same time of day as your weight can fluctuate a few lbs either way during the day depending on what you're doing and what you've eaten/drank. It's no good weighing yourself one week after having a massive dinner and the next week weighing yourself in the morning after a huge dump. Meaningful data needs to be comparable.

According to that site i just posted I've had 1455 calories today, 79.4g of protein, 25.9g of fat and 226.2g or carbs. I have a sit down job so should burn 2,112 calories a day, no exercise done today so my net calories are 2,112 - 1,455 = 657 meaning i'd lose 1.3 lb a week at this rate.
