Weekly Weigh-in thread
veg? off to Google...........think I had some at my sisters recently where I stayed for a week, upset things say no more! Have you adjusted your beer intake?
Reply
Yes barely 2 pints a week. Less beer means not feeling rough in the morning so more likely to go riding. Had 3 whiskeys last night though and immediately felt tipsy & got a headache. Alcohol tolerance is through the floor. I'm now a cheap date.

OK, another dress fitting today which I consider a true marker of weight loss ATM! It now requires taking in, 2 inches around the waist/hips/arse region. I now weigh 137lbs, so must have been a true fatty at first fitting.

Good going mate.  Down from what weight?

Seems like you've been pedalling a lot recently

Yep, been trying to do at least 3 times a week and have been riding to Blean instead of driving, hopefully it'll be 4 times a week once the Kings rides start up again. Looking back on this thread, 14st 4lbs Jan last year. Think i was still 13st 10 something last september before i started kayaking so only started regularly losing weight once i started paddling regularly as well as biking. So for all you people taking the mick about the kayaking, Tongue

If you're not 2 dimensional then you've fat to lose.
