Had a good ride around bedgebury today, use to be a place you avoided in the wet winter but now with all the work gone into making more single track and taking you off the muddy fire roads, it's a great place to ride when it's wet. Also all the trails are back open with a new section after not so pointless called thirsty turkey.
Best bit today was getting to ride with linden who had a bad accident/injury four months back riding his bike. First ride out today off road and the dudes riding great.
That's excellent news mate, so good Bedger's is finally usable in soggy weather.
Big Props to all the Boars & volunteers who've put a shed load of work in the last 2 years, they've really made huge improvements.

I've been playing with QUIK the new GoPro video app for phones, and the only vids I had handy was a quick blast round Bedgers on the hardtail last spring, testing out the SJCAM and chest mount. It shows me how much I've improved & sped up since I got the Whyte, and makes me want another blast around Bedgers with the cam & new bike this spring. I've still gotta lot of fitness to work on though, by golly I'm outta shape, and the Mountain Mayhem's in June. Sounded so far away when Blayne first mentioned it, seems like it's comin up quickly now Wink
Jay Dubster.
Moved to Radstock (nr Bath) but often in Medway & up for a pootle.

2014 Boardman Team Carbon (yawn)
Good man on entering mountain of mayhem, going to be the ultimate motivator on keeping the fitness up.
Also there's nothing quite like a new bike to get your mojo going.
Went there yesterday. Bit muddier than my other trips this year but still completely rideable
The new section is really good
