Cool, I'd be up for that, I have a bad knee so in rehab at the moment so let's see how it goes this month.  If it's ok at the end let's enter as a pair.

I did it a couple of years back. The ride isnt technical at all. They did find as many hills as possible though. I enjoyed it.

Its in Kings Hill isn't it? Your right it's not very tech in there but still a good playground. If Derek's not up for this anyone else fancy doing the ride section and I'll do the run? How is the knee Derek?

Not sure, Jo and I were thinking of of doing the Isle of Oxney (on the marsh) 5 mile soup run, which is on the same day.

Ashford 10k on the 5th would fit into my plan. As a sot of cool down run after the 10 miler the weekend before.

The duathlon just sounded like a bit of fun.

Yeah, It was in kings wood. It would suit a xc bike, not my Remedy although I will use it. Just a bit of fun really.

Derek any idea if you'd like to do this with me as a pair? I need to plan my running calender in advance. I'm going to run 3k at the gym tomorrow so I can tell you my time so you can make a decison, wouldnt want you to think I was holding you up.
