Strava
My latest Strava problem with a few rides to upload........

Upload Your Activities

IE 11 is not currently supported by the Garmin Communicator Plugin.

The Garmin plugin currently supports: Internet Explorer 6-10, Firefox 1.5+ on Win, 2.0+ on Mac, and Safari 2.0+

You may also upload a file directly from your computer

Have you recently updated your web browser ? Or perhaps you have auto updates on so it did it without telling you.

Have you got the latest garmin communicator plug in? (Little program that let's your browser talk to your garmin). Latest can be downloaded here-

And stop using internet explorer. It's shit. Safari, Chrome and Firefox all better.
