536km down, only another 11200 or so to go. Arse still in one piece too...

Average pace is improving too, todays 100km ride was just over 4 hours, not bad including lunch stops! Destroyed a tire and trashed a few spokes bunny hopping 4 sleeping policemen landing straight in to a pothole.

the racers completes the same ride in 2 hours 18 minutes.
