Using trance without shock cover?
#1
Hey guy's, the shock on my 06 trance frame is fairly open to the elements etc, i didn't get a shock guard with the bike and i'm wondering if it's ok to ride without anything on there? I have been using a lizard skin shock boot but it's a pain in the a**e to fit and take off every-time to clean. If i have to do this i don't mind but would the shock be ok without anything there or is there chance of damage from mud & stones etc?

Thanks

Hugh
