I also had a brilliant day with Tony today! Well worth the wait after the broken fork fiasco last year ;D Hitting the vertical drop off was the biggest eye opener of the day for me!

I am tempted by some sort of structured training day to help me move get to grips with some basic skills and get a bit of confidence. Do these guys do courses along those lines or do you need to be at some sort of level first?

They will coach from any level and are very good at what they do! - some of the best money you can spend on your riding in my experience. Do it, but be prepared to have to wait a few months to get in.
