My Daughter's Laptop is Sick....

Can anyone here help me with this Toshiba Satellite laptop....... seems to have a rather serious problem & not sure what to try next?

Or is it looking terminal?

Knackered LCD, new one required.

I would guess something left on the keyboard and the list closed, or dropped.

Looks like a new screen needed to me..... thats been dropped Id say.

Theres a laptop repair place near ToysRUs in Medway, or im sure some genius on here could probalby fix it.

Hmmmmmm..... she is in denial. But because it tends to live in the chaos that is her bedroom floor I reckon she may have trodden on it.

If indeed there is a willing Sketchy genius (that lives a *tad* closer than Genius Breezer) I would be most grateful for assistance Smile

I imagine it'd be fairely simple to replace the display if you can get hold of one, it's only plugged in via a ribbon cable. I'd be happy to have a look, although this will no doubt be followed by a chorus of "don't let him touch it!" :Smile

did the same thing to my laptop last year, got screen off ebay, pretty easy to replace really.
I'll have a go if your really stuck
