"BikeWheelGuy" Wrote:Ok, granted at 8am on a bank holiday Sunday the angry car driver count should be at a minimum. Given the intel regarding early registration for the 75ers (sssshhhhh....) and the staggered starts for the 100ers it's actually pretty feasible that we all head out en masse. Sounds like a great crack, I'm picturing hordes of sketchyites descending on tables creaking under the weight of cakey treats like locusts in some biblical plague.

err hum 78milers if you please  Wink

Me & Jon are. I'm really looking forward to this, but with a little trepidation. It's such a lovely event though, I'm sure everyone will enjoy it.

Good luck guys.  Was going to do it again this year as last years ride was really enjoyable.... but have man flu, the cough is too much to take and don't think I'd be doing my lungs any favours trying to cycle over 120km!! Sad

That's a shame. Think they have around 1,200 riders already registered plus those on the day! Hope you can make it next time.

Looking forward to the legendary cake stops!

I'm planning on doing the same, hope to see some of you there or on the way round.
