Naa matress is fine, and have a memory foam toppa too. I've had quite a few different mattresses over the years and discovered long ago that a firmer matress is best for me, and combined with the memory foam it's very rarely worse when i wake up in the morning. After seeing the doc today, think pilates is the only way i'm gonna improve things, he said there is no reason for an MRI. Have found a load of vids on YouTube i'm gonna try. It feels a bit better today.
