Do I need to do that for each of my Alias or will changing the main  account change them all...apologies if these are stupid questions  Undecided

Good question, probably each alias I would imagine, if you need the same kind of access for each.

Halfway there, Outlook now changed over to IMAP, just go to do the mobile phone bit now  ;D

The phone should be a carbon copy of what you have done in Outlook I suspect, just in the necessary screens for the HTC. Ben/Jay/Winnie will be the guys to help you on this I would think.
