Shared ownership mortgages (first time fumblings)
#11
Ive just sold my place after 10 years of shared ownership with the Moat, the name is still the same FYI and I had no problems selling, it went within 2 weeks. There are quite a few lenders out there for this kind of thing, I used Kent reliance and havent had any problems. With recpect to a financial advisor, i just went with who was recommended by the Moat, in my Case i used Pauline Neve http://www.paulineneveandassociates.co.uk/.

For my new mortgage ive just used a guy called Mark Sutton from Core Financial http://www.coreifa.co.uk/ very nice guy and would defo recommend him.

Hope this helps ;0)
