Obstacle Races in lots of Mud
#21
"mashley" Wrote:I've done lots of these type of runs, Miltary Fitness one, Tough Mudder, The Hell run in Challock (which isn't in the same league) and they are great fun, good in teams when one person might not be as fit or as fast so you can help them round.

Where is it they do the horse cross country each year, always on the BBC? There is one there which is 20 miles long with 20 obstacles  :o

Badminton and BurghleyHorse trails are the biggest ones...been to both and always a good day out.

After deliberation (and waiting to be paid), I've signed up for the 27/4, 10.40.  Think it'll do me good to get my confidence up doing events and getting me out more.

I did it! Really good fun, haven't laughed that much in a longer time.  I'm not sure id do them as a regular event, but I'd certainly consider another.  More fitness required though  :B
