I shall be there armed with a rain jacket as a feel guilty for making Mr Skids one icky last time. Are there height barriers at Oaks Park?

It is running really well now isn't it? Some of the fire roads are even dusty! Missus is away this week so I'm tied to the turbo for a week (figuratively speaking) but hopefully I'll be able to join a ride sometime soon... 1845 is still a bit early for me to get to Oaks Park as I'll be riding from Whitstable but we should be able to meet up in the woods somewhere... I usually head through Clowes to get to Blean so if you guys made your way to Clowes early we should be able to cross paths...?

No, Oaks Park is the sideroad off of the main road through Rough Common. You can get to the car park and into the woods through an alleyway at the end of Oaks, the car park in the woods is supposedly locked at 8pm or something although I've never seen it locked... it also has a height barrier.

You usually see the cars just as you turn in.
