Unlucky Matt-heal fast.

I had a bad one at the Forest of Dean on Sunday-so if you heard a seismic tremor rippling through the Welsh valleys around dinner time that could of been me.
Don't ask me how it happened as I have no recollection-my mate said that I over jumped the double before road gap at the bottom of GBU . I was out cold gagging on my tongue for a few mins, but as luck would have it there was a paramedic there where I landed so they sorted me out bless em.
Broken left radius, disrupted right AC joint and some broken ribs to add into the mix.

Matt I think you're really lucky not to have done more damage to your hip, my friend broke his pelvis in a kit car accident and he had far less swelling and bruising.

I hope you heal quickly dude.

Yep! Will probs have it out sooner or later. It's not right seeing your foot pointing in the wrong direction. Didn't hurt as much as expected unless I moved. Morphine was good though Big Grin

Friend on mine did a similar thing but compound... ouch!  :X
