Free: Folding Bike
#1
Next to go.....

This is a 20" wheel Apollo Transition in working, but not tidy condition.
It has been badly spray painted green to the front 50% & will need seat & post along with a little TLC to make it usuable.

This was a rescue bike after it was abandoned in a carpark without warmth, love or GT85.
I've been through the police & we couldn't track down the owner, so it was added to my bike shelter.
If I can't rehome it I will reluctanlty have to put it out of my misery :Smile

Doesn't need much to be useful & it is really unlikely to get pinched if you did need to lock it up somewhere Wink

I know a guy who's had his station bike half-inched, he was looking at getting something cheap off ebay but this might just fit the bill...

I'll let you know...

Hi,

I had my bike stolen from Whitstable train station last week so I would love to take this one off of your hands. It would go to a good home where it will enjoy the company of its new stable mates.

Please let me know.

BikeWheelGuy - is JamieHarwood the chap you were taking about?

If so bike is "sold."
If not then we'll give BikeWheelGuy a day or two, but then it's Jamie's Wink

[edit] I'll measure up tomorrow to see what seat post it needs & fine a set of levers & a front brake for it.
All it need then is a tidy up [edit]

Yeah, Jamie is the guy - welcome to the forum Jamie!

If you have a front brake spare that'd be great, if not don't worry I probably have a V-brake set somewhere in the spares box. Guessing the seat post would be a specialist item as it has to be super long, we're looking at this as something of a project so the ebay trawl will begin when we've got the frame. Cheers Tinc - can you PM me your address and I'll talk to Jamie and see how we will set about getting the bike from you...
