Looks interesting Matt. I think I will be heading back into the gym over winter; I do miss the variety & love having strength. Used to enjoy Pump FX most. I'm sure the 7 minute 35K bar squats used to help my pedal power. Have never been as fast on the trails as when I was mixing it up with weights combined with lots of cardio etc
