He's fine, a bit bruised around his ribs so missed today out. Meanwhile I went back with a group of 4 of us... things were a bit sloppier but still a lot of fun.

Took a few changes from our normal path after my rear wheel bearings shat themselves & I decided against doing Thick n Creamy and shockloading them on the drops with the amount of wobble I had.

Discovered the joys of El Capitan, Captain Clunk & Captain Sensible... took em steady to avoid more damage and due to the slop but they look a lot of fun despite the recent controversy about the alterations thatve been made.

Blimey, the trails have taken their toll on humans & bikes this week then Smile
Sounds like a lotta fun to be had though, I've not ridden surrey hills for years, must get myself across for a day.

Ha, yeah. I love it up there. It's a 70 mile trip for me but worth it so I try and get up there at least once a month... although this year I've been 4 times already!

Looks like your both having fun pushing the skills on, nicely done. I'm planning on posting a Surrey on a Sunday soon if anyone's interested?

I'd be interested (shifts depending)

I prefer to go on weekdays, but that then excludes my son. Weekends are chuffin busy up there but at least my boy gets to ride.

Thinking of doing Sunday 26th if you fancy joining it? Easy on how early.

I'm always off on Mondays to John if you get any free?

It's a possibility... depending on she-who-must-be-obeyed... I've been away from home & working weekends a lot recently with a lot more to come so she may have other plans.

I'm planning one for Mon 13th March too if you can make that one

It'll probably be a 10:30ish for 11:00kick off.

My mates & I are thinking about having a change of start venue and playing on Pitch Hill a bit more with maybe an explore of Winterfold instead of our normal route.

I'll make sure you get the pin for the car park we're planning on.
